Modifying rank period from 00-00 to 22-22

I've been using this for 6 months and it works great, high praises for the developer.
I have set my own sliders for different usage:
Car 1 charging
Car 2 charging
Hot tub heating
Water heating

Only issue I find is the ranks are on single date from 00 to 00.
SHF1 (time based tariff for transmission cost) starts 22 and ends at 07.
System calculates everything properly, but If I have water heater set for example 2 lowest it can heat up first day from 00 to 02 and then it might take almost 48 hours if the prices go up and cheapest 2 are 22-00.

Could there be possibility to adjust SHF Rank range to calculate from 22 to 22 instead of 00 to 00?
