모든 Ranking 방 조회
특정 Ranking 방 조회
특정 Ranking에 User 추가
특정 User의 랭킹 정보 조회
랭킹 방 초기화 로직 (티어에 따른 방 생성)
러닝 이후 포인트 환산, 등수 실시간 변경, 웹소켓 구현
스케줄러 적용(일주일 단위 보상 지급)

📝 기타

Redis cash적용은 아직 안했습니다(updateUserRankingPointAndNotify에 적용 필요해보임)
