tl;dr:

This is not a bug, but an enhancement. Dark mode related.

Context

By using the dark mode theme in the documentation, I find the colored opacity background distracting due to the blured background image. In comparison, the bg image is removed with the light mode (which I use for that particular reason).

IMO, removing the blured bg image or using non alpha background colors for documentation pannel could really improve the readibility.

Examples with a non alpha bg color

How it is right now (in red, this is the disturbing parts, scrolling makes it worse since the bg image is fixed)

Hi,

I am considering to integrate tanstack router in our ecosystem. Have used table and virtualizer for a while, did not even need to look on the docs for a long time :) Now since I haven't been on the tanstack site, I also did noticed the very distracting background. The gradient seems to be changing which makes my eyes jump and loose focus. Also it is very distracting to have a gradient as a background. One color would be much cleaner. But in general the website looks pretty overwhelming compared to the past. I like the logo and font gradients though :)

Maybe I am quite alone with this opinion, but if not, raise some 👍️

I tried to disable the canvas in the screenshots:

For those of us viewing on cheaper/older monitors, the animation can be a bit distracting as the color bands can be seen constantly flickering

Its not just older monitors.... I have a very nice ASUS TUF VG32V gaming monitor running @144mhz.
The canvas with its gradients bleeds through the white text when scrolling in Dark Mode..

Very irritating on the eyes.
