UNU Trains not being placeable even when zip is on the server

So, a friend of mine gave me a spot on his gaming server to have a world and modpack, we are on 1.12.2 and we are trying to get the UNU rollingstock to work, the tracks are working fine but the rollingstock isn't.

I went to a question that was asked some time ago on how to get the rollingstock working in the server, I did the ".jar" to ".zip" in the config/immersiverailroading folder and that didn't work even after restating the server.

not a bug. is it in same location client, UnU is a PITA pack
