Logic rule for red crystals

Crystals 5 & 6 (the red crystals) are used for the logic of one of the locations. We're already tracking whether or not crystals have been collected. We should make sure that the tracking we're doing is consistent with how 5 & 6 are actually kept track of, and make Rule::BothRedCrystals reflect this.
