The string STRING_MINIMAP_TOOLTIP12 is not actually working. It's in the curseforge localization table but doesn't actually do anything. Actually it's because the string used is

|cFFCFCFCFleft click|r: show/hide windows

when the game is using

|cFFCFCFCFctrl + left click|r: show/hide windows
