Hi,
I am staring to use this App (not many users yet from my Customers) but with all the features already in i believe my customers will ask for when i announce its availability...

Now can you add WhatsApp Chat by using frappe_whatsapp app as an example of getting and replying customer ?

I believe it would be a great feature added on the App.

Cheers
:)

Hey @Helkyd

I think that feature should ideally exist in a CRM/Support app rather than a chat app meant for internal comms. If we were to add a WhatsApp integration in, it would feel half baked since there aren't other features to support customer engagement.

From AI perspective, this could make sense. Something like what chatbase.co offers.

@jpettan Exactly my point. If we were to build a customer support tool like Intercom or Chatwoot, this would make a lot of sense. Technically, one could use Raven's bots to offer this service to end customers on an app like Helpdesk, but the underlying software would be tailored towards customer engagement and not team chat. Anything that we add for customer engagement on Raven will always be half baked because it's not tailored for that use case.
