Version
1.5.6

Describe the issue
It is very rare to see a hostile aoa mob in the overworld during chapter 6, so rare it feels like they cannot spawn at all (people have been getting rammerheads and some underground mobs, so they definitely can spawn)
Multiple different AoA mobs are necessary to progress.

Additional Context:
Pixons seem to have completely vanished as soon as I got the advent gamestage (in comparison to before where they are spawning way too often)

Potential solutions
Increase the rate at which they spawn.

Some things I noticed after creating this issue:

  • Biomes that don't have non-aoa spawns have a way higher chance to spawn hostile mobs, though if the biome can spawn a passive aoa mob, it will almost exclusively spawn those passive mobs. The pixon thing I mentioned in the issue also relates to that, they still spawn as often as they normally would, they just spawn less often in certain biomes.
  • There are certain biomes listed on the JER pages of relevant aoa hostile mobs (Most Notably Nightmare Hills, aka the nightmare dimension) and the Hunting Dimension that allow hostile aoa mobs to spawn way more often, however to make them spawn there at all you will need the bloodthirst effect (from a botania pendant/flask/vial). All of the required aoa mobs can be found this way.
  • The bloodthirst effect almost exclusively spawns EnderIO Zoo mobs (wither witches and fallen knights), extraordinarily so outside of the listed biomes and the dimensions NOT listed above nor in Change how EnderIO Zoo mobs spawn #11
