Describe the suggestion
Currently, the first tier of Extra Utilities 2 speed upgrades is craftable in chapter 1, while the second and third tier both unlock at the same time in late chapter 8 with the enchanter. The issue is the enchanted ingots in the recipe of the second tier. Either add some way to get enchanted ingots earlier or change the recipe for the "Upgrade Speed (Magical)" to something else that can be crafted earlier (around chapter 4-5)
