Describe the suggestion
Add a recipe for the RFTools Machine Infuser. This allows upgrading RFTools machines like the crafter even further by infusing it with dimensional shards.

Additional context
Dimensional shards are in chapter 8 (VOM T5, Ultimate Table) progression-wise, the Machine Infuser has no use until then so the recipe could be pretty endgame. Though it should not be too expensive because the infusion bonus is mostly just reduced power consumption for the machines currently craftable, which is almost worthless at that point since the machines only use like 500RF/t. However, this may change if you choose to implement more RFTools machines in general.
