loading config file won't change whether it's dual wield or two hand

happens when it's not my initial load
when I load my dual wield config, it works when I load the file initially after first visiting the website or reloading the website etc
however when I change it to two hand and run simulations and then load the file, it will change everything but the dual wield - two hand setting
