Arms MS/WW ability timing

Any chance you can add an option that prevents WW or MS being used within 1.5 seconds of your next auto attack. Sometimes the Sim will use WW or MS as soon as it comes off cooldown just before your next AA, and it clips what would have been the next Slam cast.
