I do see some Docker Hub LIRICAL options (https://hub.docker.com/search?q=lirical) but I was wondering if there are any recommended ones for LIRICAL with Exomiser as I need to turn a docker into a singularity for the software to function well on the HPC.

We do not currently support Docker, however, it should be straightforward to set up, mainly you will need Java.
