Nidoran(f) and Nidoran(m) only produce Nidoran(f) #13

Breeding Nidoran(f) and Nidoran(m) only produces Nidoran(f). While in most cases the female Pokémon determines the resulting species, in this specific case I believe it is supposed to have a chance to produce either a Nidoran(f) or Nidoran(m).
