Needing help with the Permissionlevels and otherFeatures to work properly, to not crash

As you can see from the title, i want it to be enabled to everyone for my single player mode and have extra features. But, when i try to enable em (By putting the 0 to all and enabling the code for the otherFeatures) it crashes, when either the bracket is like, a bit off. It just refuses to work until you remove the number and do nothing about it. Wich means, it is impossible to run it, without giving too many errors.
