Is there similar capability to Phoenix Channels in Heph?

Famously in 2015 Phoenix showcased 2 million websockets in chat on a single box similar to the Whatsapp XMPP Erlang capabilities.
And while you are at it, seeing as you like to stay cutting edge with IO_URING, maybe use WebTransport?

Heph can probably do 2 million websockets. But I don't know of any websocket or web transport implementation that uses Heph.
