Feature request: Categories for Recipes

What's the feature 🧐

I think it would be awesome if we could create custom categories and assign those to recipes. It would make sorting and filtering a large list of recipes much easier. For example, in my binder of recipes at home I have recipes broken into sections for appetizers, main dishes, sides, desserts, etc.

You can already add tags to recipes. I feel like this is the same as categories. On my setup, e.g. I have tags for soups, bread, main courses, etc...
