To help with bandwidth consumption, we would like to implement an on-demand behavior when someone has an About description that hits a specific threshold (will have to be determined). When the threshold is reached, the profile is not automatically sent on mouseover. Instead, if the user opens that person's profile they see an indication that their profile was too big to be downloaded automatically, but using a button on the page they can request the information now if that person is still online. Of course is that person is no longer online, their description will not be available. We need to make this as an option enabled by default (this option is a good candidate for the Advanced settings page we want to add, with a warning about bandwidth consumption and all that is implied here).
