There appears to be an issue where when hovering over a nameplate or your own player frame. Or any other situation where the TRP3 Tooltip is triggered. That from then on any tooltip will no long be 'clamped' to the Screen.
This results in "tall" tooltips (ie Tier Sets) to spill off the screen.
There are no LUA errors when this occurs.
It appears that clicking on an ability, such as a self-buff, will fix the issue until you trigger the TRP3 Tooltip.
Expected behaviour
Tooltips should remain confined to the game's viewport.

Hover over any item where a tooltip is "tall enough" to spill off the screen.
