Update sample to the release version for machine tools #1

Hi,

the interface which was used for the EMO Hannover 2019 machine tool demonstration is now released as OPC 40501-1 UA for Machine Tools.

Please update the sample to the released version of the nodeset.

To support the showcase in the future, please refer to the showcase specification.
