• Checkbox 1 “Is the data private? (Only members of the organisation can access)” >>> How does that currently work in the back-end? I don't think we can ensure this (in a secure way) at the moment?

• Checkbox 2 “Does the request appear on Kapta Web searches?” >>> You mean that other users can see the AOI Polygon but not the actual data and metadata?

• Can the user change these settings later? >> Perhaps we can keep it simple: Just 1 checkbox “I want this task’s ground data to be open data. For more information click here”
