It would be nice if the code could be made differentiable... for use with

  • ForwardDiff.jl
  • Enzyme.jl
  • and the like.

I am assuming that it would be relevant for sensitivity analysis to differentiate with respect to the parameters in the "Config" struct. Can you confirm if this is a welcome feature ? If yes, I will start work on it.

This would indeed be desirable, but I think it would be fairly difficult to implement. You are absolutely welcome to start working on it, however.
