Steps to reproduce:

Login to legacy portal
minimize browser window to expose mobile menu
click the menu button
expand the browser window to expose desktop menu
notice the gray overlay remains and when you click anywhere in the window, it does not disappear. NOTE: This is currently working as expected on the Beta version of the site.
