A heatmap showing all venues and the current events with information should be included.

Related user story:
A member of the ents crew in the techbox wants a quick and visual mechanism for showing what events are currently in process in the building and the basic information including event duration, name, requirements etc.

Do you have an example image or quick reference for the heatmap so I have a good idea of what to implement

U know when u come into the union and on the right there is the floor plan (I think there might be one in the book aswell?) something like that where each room can be lit up in a different colour to indicate different events in progress
