The venue technical coordinator wishes to have the ability to show the current state of the venue to management/event-crews and allow issues to be logged so that they can be resolved.

The users reason for taking the action:
So that the venue coordinator can communicate the venue status in a clear way.

The expected outcome:
The status of each venue is clearly visible and a list of current issues is shown which updates as the issue status changes.
