Suggest modifying the instructions for course reflection (Engineering) to read: "Please reflect on your Initiatives to improve your teaching, including any new teaching methods you may have implemented or any activities toward course/laboratory development, and give the method that you used to evaluate the initiative (for example, Classroom Assessment Technique, Mid-term Course Evaluation, Targeted Exam
or Homework Question, or others)."
