Allow players to print smoothly in /printer mode without having fast place/ fast break cancelling the builds

Description of how this check would work

so when your cancelling the fast place, fast break check if the player is in printer, if they are let them fast place, fast break, otherwise don't.

Any extra information about what should be added? (Config options...)
