[Bug] Cloudflare CAPTCHA fails to load

Describe the bug
When visiting any site protected with Cloudflare CAPTCHAs, the CAPTCHA refuses to load.
This happens both in Ultraviolet and Dynamic.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Interstellar
2. Go to Cloudflare CAPTCHA protected site such as docs.gointerstellar.app
3. See it not work

Expected behavior
I expect the CAPTCHA to load.

just tried on a regular browser (opera win11), and it asks for a username and password.
