Purpose field for Question

The purpose field in a question is required for researchers to note why they asked a certain question.

Remembering the specific purpose behind a particular question can become challenging over time, especially as more questions are added later.

As per request of the end-user this field should be hidden for everyone except the owner of the questionnaire, which is rather heavy on implementation time/effort as there currently exists no way to hide parts of objects to certain users. The only access control we have is on end-points for roles.
