Will it work with NMOS Z80?

I built the board, and it looks like the CPU cannot write anything to RAM, although CPU itself is running (it's able to read code from ROM and to change border color). The picture on screen is stable. I strongly suspect that my Z80 from Aliexpress isn't CMOS, since the board draws ~150 mA at 9V from bench power supply. Is it expected to work with NMOS Z80?

Nevermind, I found a short on bus transceiver and after fixing it, it's alive! Sorry for using discussions at your repo, but sometimes I only find an issue if I ask someone about it. I guess I need to buy a rubber duck!
