Describe the bug
The command name for "hotkys" with executable type is not working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Hotkeyd'
  2. Click on 'Create a new hotkey'
  3. Select the command type with 'Executable'
  4. Click on the space right from the 'Target' and select a .exe file.
  5. Click on the space right from the 'command name' and type any thing.
  6. You will see the name of this hotkey is still the name of target .exe file's name.

Expected behavior
The name of the hotkey's name should be the command name that has been set.
