Which file was incriminated ? Scanned my whole Release folder with an update Windows Defender and got no alert.

the whole file release.zip for me I wonder if its a false positive. it kept popping maybe 5 times.

Had the same problem with my program, needed to send my program to be cleared by Microsoft
