Client freezes precisely on "Your match is ready" pop-up

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
This happens while playing the Minesweeper minigame from the ongoing event, for a few times in a row now and I would not risk any more matchmaking penalties. After additional testing it turns out the interface was irrelevant - it happens if searching for a game from the main screen, after I click on the Accept button.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Launch Dota 2
2. Search for a Single Draft/All Pick MM match
3. Find match and try to accept
4. Observe the freeze
