[HL] when launching the game in software mode you get a black screen unless its in windowed mode.

The game will be stuck on a black screen unless you run it in windowed mode. When you first change the setting it works fine, but once you quit and launch the game again is when the game gets stuck after the intro.

This issue has been going on since the 25th anniversary update, please fix it finally.
