I came across a peculiar problem where a packaged UE project with Steam Audio runs fine on multiple testers' machines, but one person experienced voice crackling which sounded like sample rate/ driver problem to me.

(This is Play In Editor but I tried sending him a packaged build that worked on my end but same issue on his)
The weird thing is that while the reverbs through SA is problematic, the zombie sounds in the game was fine (they're ran through Wwise and didn't touch SA), and the person isn't using any audio interfaces and special audio programs. How could I go about debugging this?
