Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Deleting a screenshot from disk outside of Steam leaves behind an error thumbnail in the Steam Recordings & Screenshots viewer that can't be interacted with. Having an error thumbnail if the media cannot be loaded makes sense, but I would expect the buttons to still work.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Take a screenshot
2. Delete the screenshot on disk, e.g. rm ~/.local/share/Steam/userdata/100304283/760/remote/2194790/screenshots/20250221022510_1.jpg
3. Try clicking on the error thumbnail, nothing happens.
4. Enter Select mode from the top right button, and then try selecting the error thumbnail, nothing happens.
5. Right click on the error thumbnail, press Delete. This works as expected.
