Feature Description

GNOME has a restricted First Setup session, as highlighted in #1, however Plasma currently does not.

That being said, as Feren OS has done since 2019, you can make your own makeshift restricted Plasma session for this very purpose. You just gotta make a Desktop Layout for it to log into, pre-add restrictions via the .config files (or XDG files, but .config is easier to clean up after the fact), and log into KDE Plasma as the hand-crafted user.

Rationale

i mean, kinda self-explanatory

Additional Information

I'm looking to heavily revise Feren OS's First Setup experience to be a lot more like Vanilla OS's in terms of entrance into Setup, and whatnot, so I can contribute A LOT of expertise in this regard, including but not limited to knowledge on Plasma's hidden feature restrictions functionality, and more.

KDE Plasma provides the whole Kiosk System for creating a restricted session. And it can even be setup on a per user or system wide scope.
You can even block shutting the system down or locking the screen or even force windows into position.

EDIT:
But I guess that was what you already meant.
