Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We're trying to prioritize bids of core raiders (during minimum bid auctions) without otherwise disrupting the DKP system. If someone raids with us for a while, hoards a bunch of DKP and AFKs during new content progression, they'll be demoted to a non-raider rank due to failing attendance. Once we have the new content on farm, they'll come back to an open spot for a non-core raider to fill, and this person can outbid newly recruited core raiders who were present for progression. Understood that this is a problem easily solved by another loot system, but we really like DKP and the CommunityDKP add-on -- was hoping there's a way to address it here.
Describe the solution you'd like
We'd like an option to configure a "maximum bid allowed for non-core raiders," so that bids above the configured value submitted by those not on the Core Raider list are automatically declined. So, if I configure a Core Raider list in the add-on, anyone not on that list can't bid, say, more than 1000 DKP for a single item.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We could zero out/reduce raiders' DKP once they've been demoted, but that seems too harsh/unfair -- they've otherwise earned their DKP and should be able to spend it. We could also implement a decay, but since that feature is also global, it wouldn't have the intended targeted effect of prioritizing core raiders. We could also switch to a loot council system, but we'd rather not.
