Different dkp values on different officers

We are using 3.2.3-r60

CommunityDKP.zip This shows it as 315 the user is Pentos. I am sure there are other discrepancies.

Our guild runs a weekly 10% decay. In the past we've encountered situations where the DKP total of a member is recorded differently across officer local clients (despite logs being 'up-to-date'... green dot).

I think there's possibly a rounding error occurring locally resulting in discrepant DKP totals. E.g. I see a member at 316 DKP and another officer sees the same member at 315.

I have ran tables validate, which has not fixed the issue.
