High CPU usage

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is. This includes the following information:

   CommunityDKP-3.2.4-r62

2. What are your DKP Modes? (screenshot preferred)
   Not a leader so can't take a SS but we are using blind bid.

3. What is the issue you're seeing (screenshot preferred)
   

Additionally, depending on the nature of the issue, we might ask for your SavedVariabled CommunityDKP.lua file.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
As soon as I log on and open addon usage I see the CPU usage around 30%. It grows over time and after only a few minutes it doubles.

Expected behavior
Without being in a group of ever opening the addon, I expect the addon should not be doing much.
