Show "Also won by" tooltip for people bidding on an item

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using open/closed bidding for an item, it is important to know what amount of DKP it went for the last time(s) it dropped. This is already visible when searching for the item in the loot history and moving the mouse over it, but I don't know a way to easily have this information available WHILE an auction for the item is ongoing.

When hovering the mouse over the item that is shown in the CommunityDKP bid window, additionally show the "Also won by" history that lists each previous winner of the item including the DKP value

Along this same vein it would be great for the person bidding off an item to be able to see this information easily as it can help know if an item needs to go up for bid or can go straight to OS etc.

I've been considering adding the information in the custom tooltip that's created for the Loot history screen and adding pieces of it in a condensed manner, to the Game Tooltip for items so that it works on all links. Similar to how Trade Skill Master hooks in to the game tooltip. Requires some work. I'll tag this for a future release and see if it goes anywhere
