The new upload_file artifact parameter type does not have an upload interface

There is a new artifact parameter type called "upload_file", much like "upload", but it uses a temporary file during download. The "upload" parameter is shown as a file picker with an upload button. The "upload_type" parameter, however, is just a text field.
