READMEs for python intermediate examples and upload to devpi #5

The intermediate python examples are a bit obscure. A quick README would be rather useful for each of them in order for someone like me to quickly parse what they really do. An example that would output a package in either sdist or wheel format as well as able to upload to a locally installed devpi server would also be very useful.
