Doesn't work in Visual Studio 2022

I would also love it if this extension could get an update for VS 2022.
I looked for a replacement but couldn't find anything similar.

Closest match I could find so far: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=EngineDesigns.CollapseAllRegions
It can only collapse regions, though, not expand them again. The author of the extension is anonymous and undiscoverable. Might need to disassemble the DLL and improve it. I've tried to upgrade this extension here but failed. Way too old and Microsoft changes their Extension API every year.

@mdmower Thank you for your work, your extension seems to work fine here. I'd appreciate it if you could publish it in the "official places" for easier installation.

@ygoe - Sorry for the delay. It is done. And it comes with a 93% uglier icon as well! (Sorry, graphics are not my strong suit.)

Opted to rebrand my fork as Toggle Regions so that the original author of this extension can pick-up the work someday without running into name collisions. Also, many thanks to the original author for using the MIT license!

@mdmower Thank you very much, I'm going to try it out soon! Your GitHub repo doesn't have an issue tracker. You might want to include the marketplace download links in your readme, too, so everybody can find them.
