Specific example: Divine Ire. Even when set to 'channeling' it will not set a value for cast speed. Meanwhile on my character(Xanqos->Amalgam) it should be about 4.4% dps increase (410ish dps)

I realize this is an issue with PoB, not this tool. Mostly posting here for posterity.

FYI: Molten Strike Magma Balls part does not count Multistrike. PoB displays different attack rate for balls and Melee Hit.
