Feature: Ability to share specific file types between Freighter sites

Currently when creating a new WP-Freighter 'network', you have the ability to specify whether themes/plugins and user content are shared or whether each site manages its own files.

It would be good to be able to choose whether to share these with a bit more granularity e.g. Share themes yes/no, share plugins yes/no, share user content yes/no.
