ads overlay

Hi guys as per attached screenshots i tried creating Ads overlays.
On adsense i copied the code as user pasted it on ads overlay on my profile.
logged in as admin approve user Ad code

where could i have gone wrong ?

I am not good on ad sense, but I guess you should use ad code with a specific ad size, not automatic.
