Language Translation Issue

It seems there are several strings I cannot translate. I think these string come from different plugins which are still not configured for translation.

The following Screenshot shows the button list you have under each video, some are translated while others still do not make the switch.

I think two of them are new and related to the PPV plugin. I am not sure about the rest but I think also YTPStorage plugin is not configured for translations.

The following Strings will not translate:

$t['Get Jpeg/Gif'] = 'Get Jpeg/Gif';

I also want to be able to translate panel titles and information text such as in the following screenshot:

The button and text within the text field are translated fine, but the rest isn't, such as the Panel "Video Sorting" title and the info text.

On Videos History page the followings do not translate as well although some of the page items are translated.

should at least be translated.

I would also like to know the actual strings for the "Show X entries". and "Showing 1 to 3 of 3 entries" so I can translate those as well.

On the following panel window some string also do not translate, some of which are the same as in the former response I posted in this thread on top:
