Describe the bug
Occasionally sim.py and api.py error out and cause Raidbots to return too many requests. Instead of erroring out like this for every remaining sim, the script should either fully exit or wait for an additional time before retrying.

TODO: need to paste in the exact error message we get back to track in the issue
