Description

Shorthand version of what's wrong is that the "Clipped By Progress" feature when adding a model texture onto, say, a progress bar, doesn't work as intended. I would ASSUME that the intention is to clip the model to the progress bar itself (the movable part) but this has been an issue for over half a year (from what I can gather from previous Discord posts, but couldn't find a Github ticket for it, so posting it here)

The model instead fills up the whole bar as you can see in the attached photo even though the progress bar is half-filled with the "Clipped By Progress" option enabled.

Since the clipping is now also broken on Classic, apply the same change
to classic.

Note that this is a change in the wow engine on how it handles clipping for models, which makes the old functionality no longer possible. Thus the option now does something differnt which is the closest to the old behaviour.
